Sen. Zubiri distributes infra fund to Pangasinan Mayors. Senator Juan Miguel Zubiri (left) turns over the Special Allotment Release Order (SARO) to Bautista Mayor Amado I. Espino, III, one of the recipients of the allotment fund for the infrastructure development in Pangasinan. Held at the session hall of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) in Capitol Building, a total of P13.9 million was distributed to 32 cities and municipalities of the six districts of the province.
