Calimlim (right), distributes cheques worth P7,000 each for the poor but deserving incoming first year college students under the Provincial Scholarship Fund Board (PSFB) last June 12. The program served as the highlight during the 112th Independence Day Celebration at the Narciso Ramos Sports and Civic Center in Lingayen. The new batch of students brings the total number of scholars to 1,926 who are benefitting from the various scholarship programs of the provincial government under the leadership of Gov. Espino.
