Gov. Amado T. Espino, Jr. (right) inspects the newly-refurbished Sison Auditorium before its inauguration on April 5 as one of the major highlights of the first-ever grand celebration of the 430th Founding Day Anniversary of Pangasinan. The auditorium will be transformed into Sison Cutural and Heritage Center which will house historical documents and practices of the province. Its formal opening will feature Grand Ball and Awards Night where outstanding Pangasinenses will be honored due to their remarkable achievements and contributions to the province of Pangasinan.
