Provincial Agriculturist Dalisay A. Moya turns over the 31 units of portable water pumps to Lower Agno River Irrigation System (LARIS) Federation of Irrigator’s Association President Romeo Lilagan, Sr. last March 18 at Brgy. Carmay East in Rosales. On instruction of Gov. Amado T. Espino, Jr., the Office of the Provincial Agriculture has already distributed 190 units of water pumps as of March 18 benefitting 21,022 farmer members in the Eastern, Central and Western Pangasinan.
