Gov. Amado T. Espino, Jr., turns over truckloads of relief goods to the towns of Anda (left photo) and Bani (right photo) as assistance to areas devastated by Typhoon Emong. Both towns were among the hardest hit towns in the western part of Pangasinan. Bolinao and Alaminos City, which also suffered heavy damages, were likewise visited by the governor. Gov.
