Gov. Amado T. Espino, Jr. (right) inspects the ruins of the five buses of Victory Liner Bus Co. burned by armed men inside the bus terminal in Lingayen. Six policemen were shot and wounded while, a bus conductor suffered second degree burn last November 27, 2008. In his statement, Gov. Espino condemned the attack and burning and vowed to pin down those responsible for the outrageous crime.
