PDCC and attached agencies firm up disaster preparedness and risk reduction measures. On instruction of Gov. Amado T. Espino, Jr. who is also the Provincial Disaster Coordinating Council (PDCC) Chairman, PDCC Exec. Officer Ret. Col. Paterno M. Orduña convenes its attached agencies to strengthen operational readiness and response capabilities in anticipation of the forthcoming typhoons that may hit Pangasinan this rainy season. Gov.
