Dr. Jackson Soriano, Chief of Pangasinan Provincial Hospital, (center of center photo) attests that the full development and transformation of all provincial government-owned hospitals took place during the two and a half years of Gov. Amado T. Espino, Jr. contrary to the radio advertisement of the past administration who was claiming that developments happened during their tenure. The other 13 chiefs of hospitals of all provincial government-owned hospitals and some department heads (right and left photo) also confirmed that it’s not repainting of buildings but major reforms in terms of infrastructure, upgrading of equipments and facilities and personnel services transpired under the Espino administration who was deeply involved in the planning and implementation of such projects.
