Thumbs up for Capitol Transformation. The balikbayan alumni of Pangasinan National High School (PNHS), with Gov. Amado T. Espino, Jr. (center) show thumbs up sign to express their support in promoting the tourism of Pangasinan in other country during the “Balikbayan Night” hosted by the provincial government in observance of their school’s centennial celebration.
