NRSCC: Permanent Home of MILO Little Olympics-Luzon. Elementary pupils from Bauang North Central School in La Union garbed in colorful costume join other 5,000 young athletes from Regions I, II, III and the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) during the opening parade of the 11th MILO Little Olympics at the Narciso Ramos Sports Complex and Civic Center (NRSCC), chosen as the permanent home of Milo Olympics-Luzon. The big sporting event gathered about 10,000 spectators during its colorful inauguration. Sports tourism at NRSCC is one of the major development thrusts of Gov. Amado T.
