Gov. Espino leads Pangasinan delegation to agri training in Korea. A Korean technology expert (right of top photo) tours Governor Amado T. A similar state-of-the-art facility is now being built at the provincial nursery in Brgy. Tebag, Sta. Barbara through a P160-million grant from Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA). Lower photo shows a study visit to an eco-friendly agriculture farm as part of KOICA’s program to transfer Korean development know-how and strategies to its local partners in rural development.
