Gov. Espino calls for united action to preserve Pangasinan rivers and waterways. Governor Amado T. Espino, Jr. (left) underscores the importance of concerted actions among various stakeholders in the preservation and conservation of the natural resources during the covenant signing for the provincewide joint clean-up drive of rivers and waterways.
